There are three versions of 4JJ1 crankshaft. Video shows the most commonly used version, featuring a standard small-end design with straight keyway. Compared with other low-cost 4JJ1 cast-iron crankshafts, our alloy crankshaft incorporates metallic elements such as copper and molybdenum. Resulting in mechanical properties that are several times superior, albeit at a production cost approximately 25% higher. Since sales began in 2017, there have been no instances of fracture.
